Security researchers are allowed to attempt gaining access to this platform, under the condition they do not publicly disclose information regarding how, nor do they publicly disclose any data obtained from doing so. They promise to notify us of any security-related issue by contacting us here.
Communications
You agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of this platform. For any other communications, we will make sure to get your consent and also make it easy for you to opt out of these communications.
Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to disable, remove, or change some or all functionality on this platform, with or without notice and without any liability to you or anyone else.
Intellectual Property
We have ownership of the intellectual property rights to this platform, including the functionality, graphics, content and software/code that this platform is built on or with. In case we use anything that isn't our own, the rights will belong to the respective party that created said material.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Netherlands. The parties involved irrevocably agree that the Dutch courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these Terms of Service.
